Agree on the Offer
After we’ve discussed your project, I’ll provide you with a tailored offer outlining the scope of work. Once you’re happy with the details, a 40% deposit will be required to secure your booking. This ensures your date is reserved and allows me to begin preparing for your special day, focusing on capturing every meaningful moment.

Questionnaire and Welcome Guide
To ensure we’re aligned on every detail, I’ll send you a questionnaire and a welcome guide. These will help us finalise the remaining details and clarify your vision. This preparation ensures we’re fully organised, allowing your day to run smoothly and letting us focus on capturing your most cherished moments.

It’s the day you’ve been waiting for, and I’ll be there to capture every special moment! From the moment I arrive at your event venue, my focus will be on documenting the key highlights, the candid in-between moments, and all the details that make your day unique. Together, we’ll create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, ensuring your photographs reflect the joy and essence of your celebration.

Image Selection and Delivery
After your event, I’ll provide you with a preview of your images within 48 hours, so you can relive the highlights right away. For weddings, the full gallery will be delivered within 2–5 weeks, ensuring each image is carefully edited to perfection.

Life happens! I ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you, depending on availability. A deposit is taken at the time of booking, which may be non-refundable if the cancellation is made close to the session date.
